Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, Waiver, and Release of Liability

1. Introduction

Welcome to Yoga Gogo (hereafter know as “Studio” or ”Yoga Gogo”). By participating in any class, session, event, or activity provided by the Studio, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service, and acknowledge the Waiver and Release of Liability. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Participation in Classes

All participants must register and sign in prior to class. You must be at least 18 years of age, have signed parental/guardian consent or attend class with parental/guardian if under 18. Participants are encouraged to disclose any injuries or health conditions to the instructor before class. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone at our discretion.

3. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. Yoga classes and activities involve physical movement, which may carry inherent risks. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before beginning any new fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries. It is your responsibility to monitor your own physical limitations and adjust accordingly.

4. Studio Conduct and Respect

Please arrive on time for classes to avoid disruption. Mobile phones must be on silent mode. We expect a respectful environment for all participants; any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

All class fees, memberships, and/or packages must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to expiration as outlined at purchase. The Studio reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, fees, or policies at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class.

Classes require a minimum of two participants. If fewer than two people enroll, the class will be canceled.

6. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in any Studio activity, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with yoga and fitness activities. You agree to voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death, whether physical or mental, resulting from or in connection with any Studio class, event, or service.

6.1 Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge that yoga and physical activities can involve significant physical exertion, including stretching, bending, balancing, and the use of props, which may lead to injury. Participation in these activities is solely at your own risk.

6.2 Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, successors, or assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Yoga Gogo, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained through participation in our classes, events, or activities.

6.3 Assumption of Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any personal items brought into the Studio. The Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Consent to Photography/Videography

From time to time, classes may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you consent to the Studio’s use of any images or videos taken for promotional purposes, unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the session.

8. Modification of Terms

The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued participation in classes or use of services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
