What to bring

  1. Water Bottle – Stay hydrated, refill it anytime at our water station

  2. A towel - Get ready to sweat it out, don’t forget to bring one

Before class

Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. Our friendly staff will check you in, guide you through the studio and walk you through the session. Take a moment to relax and prepare for your practice

During class

Our sessions are designed to leave you feeling energized and balanced. Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by guided segments led by our coaches, who will demonstrate and support you every step of the way

After class

Share your thoughts with our studio manager after the session, we’re always striving to improve your experience. Speak to your coach for personalised class recommendations to suit your fitness goals
